Holidays– the time for giving

The holidays are here, like it or not. Often times we get overwhelmed with the stress of shopping, and cooking and running here and there. But sometimes we lose sight of what the it means to truly give—not just gifts to friends and family, but rather to those in need of something greater. This year as part of Roseda’s partnership with the Ravens, we have been given the opportunity to work events that give back to the Ravens All Community Team [ACT] Foundation.

The Baltimore Ravens All Community Team Foundation serves as a separate non-profit entity of the team’s community outreach efforts. In addition to Ravens appearances and in-kind donations, the foundation provides support to Baltimore area non-profit organizations. Ravens players are also active in the community through individual foundations of their own.—Ravens Website

On Monday, Roseda attended the ACT Auction Party. Guest and clients gathered for a live and silent auction. Money raised money for the foundation which will be used to supply city youth with scholarships, activities and more. The monies raised also went to support the players individual charities. Roseda is happy to be a supporter of initiatives like the Ravens ACT and hopes to continue to share with the community similar opportunities.

About Roseda Beef

Roseda Beef is a family-operated business, started in 1999. We are a farm dedicated to raising the finest Black Angus beef. From cattle fed only on grass, soybean meal, corn, hay and fresh water, with grain to finish. We use no growth hormones. No chemical additives. No antibiotics, unless medically necessary. We emphasize quality over quantity. We dry-age every cut of our beef the old-fashioned way, for a delightful tenderness, and fuller, richer flavor. Our goal is simple: to provide the finest beef you’ll ever eat – with attentive, enthusiastic service from the people who raise it. Because that’s what you, our customers, have told us you look forward to when you buy Roseda Beef.
