Pool Parties and BBQs

The sun is beaming.  The kids are splashing in the pool.  The grill is firing.  It’s SUMMER!

Today marks the first official day of summer, and although you’ve probably been to your fair share of cookouts and pool parties there are more awaiting your attendance.  Three more months of summer sun, food and fun.  So what do you bring to all these cookouts?

Generally, the host will supply the meat; and if they are a smart host, they serve  Roseda– we’re just kidding. Now you’re left the task to either 1) add more potato salad to what will become the “battle of the best” 2) crank out brownies and consume an overwhelming amount of calories while licking the bowl clean or 3) my personal choice, buy a bag of chips and a can of dip and call it a day!

We wanted to offer some creative alternatives to your traditional cookout side. Check out these links:

About Roseda Beef

Roseda Beef is a family-operated business, started in 1999. We are a farm dedicated to raising the finest Black Angus beef. From cattle fed only on grass, soybean meal, corn, hay and fresh water, with grain to finish. We use no growth hormones. No chemical additives. No antibiotics, unless medically necessary. We emphasize quality over quantity. We dry-age every cut of our beef the old-fashioned way, for a delightful tenderness, and fuller, richer flavor. Our goal is simple: to provide the finest beef you’ll ever eat – with attentive, enthusiastic service from the people who raise it. Because that’s what you, our customers, have told us you look forward to when you buy Roseda Beef.
